Kathryn Dannay

In 2002, Kathryn co-founded her own business, Dannay Consulting. Dannay Consulting partners with small to mid-size companies and nonprofits to enable their organizations to optimize Internet Technologies for their business.
Dannay Consulting creates online business strategies that include designing and developing online communities, online marketing strategies, corporate websites, sales and marketing portals, content management systems, performance evaluation systems, training systems, and online applications.
Ms. Dannay's strengths are in understanding the client's business vision and translating those ideas into requirements that drive results in the online world. Kathryn is an expert at guiding her clients through on-line branding and marketing principles to that of creating highly usable internet sites and applications that provide measurable results.
Ms. Kathryn Dannay has a broad base of industry experience ranging from financial services, to health care, government (Including DoD), education and training, media and entertainment, insurance, nonprofits, manufacturing and retail. She has been working in the nonprofit sector for over 5 years.
Ms. Dannay holds a Master of Science, Information Systems from Northeastern University and Bachelor of Science, Applied Psychology from Georgia Institute of Technology. Ms. Dannay is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Ms. Dannay is an Adjunct Faculty Member at Scottsdale Community College - Business Institute, where she has been teaching Small Business Customer Relations since 2008.

Jeff Dannay

Prior to Machine Vision Consulting, Jeff directed a worldwide customer service organization of 80 engineers encompassing technical support, educational services and custom application development. He was responsible for $20M in revenue achieving a margin of greater than 50%. He defined and led the transformation of the customer service organization to meet changing market needs while improving customer satisfaction.
Prior to that, as a manager of 40 engineering consultants, he managed a P&L and achieved a margin of greater than 40% while responsible for $5M world-wide revenue. He personally managed the growth of the organization from 12 to 40 engineers, expanding the group to cover five regions world-wide. He also contributed to and implemented the sales strategy for key customers, wrote technical proposals and provided quotes, negotiated $250K consulting contracts, and coordinated an international training program for all engineering consultants.
His strengths are in growing an organization, managing consultants, building/maintaining customer relationships, and process re-engineering in response to changing market conditions
Mr. Dannay holds a Master of Science, Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Bachelor of Science, Applied Mathematics from University Of Massachusetts.
